I'm a business woman that seriously works out. The body keeps getting older and I'm getting younger because of Tigers Cardiovascular workouts. My son Eric signed me up in 2006 and all my body parts seemed to be moving more smoothly. One continuous hour of jumps squats and pushups seemed to be the key but who wants to do all that?Each of us have a differrant mind motivator..mine was my 45 year old son signing me up and saying ,"this will probably kill you and I want your Rolex" ..He had the strength of Job but he had been diagnosed with Mercle cell Cancer and given 2 years to live at the most.
Well he died,passed,left us in February and I'm still here working out with my Rolex ...

What are you doing now that you have made changes in your life..I've put in one more garden at Bethels, completed the 12 week challenge at Bertos..Watched Lorri and /dukes son walk down to receive his diploma...went ton a date at the beach, visited Mary at Emeritus and then decided enough is enough.
I must start putting some the money back in my bank account...
NO MORE VOLUNTEERING...
